Michael Kiske and Kai Hansen are teaming up to reprise Helloween’s classic line-up this autumn – and the UK will join the Pumpkins United party!
The legendary German metallers are crisscrossing the globe throughout 2017 and 2018 in celebration of their ear-bleeding legacy.
And Pumpkins United does what it says on the tin – bringing together a whole bunch of familiar faces to belt out the band’s biggest hits.
Andi Deris and Kiske will share vocals while Hansen, Michael Weikath and Sascha Gerstner are strapping on their guitars. Markus Grosskopf and Dani Loble will anchor the rhythm section.
And Helloween are set to play London’s O2 Brixton Academy on November 14.
The band said: “The only Pumpkins United concert in the UK has been confirmed! British Helloween maniacs – let us rock the O2 Brixton Academy in London together on November 14 and make this evening something unique!”
As the godfathers of German melodic speed metal, Helloween have grown to become one of the most influential bands of the planet.
In a career reaching back as far as 1984, the band have performed at the biggest metal festivals on the planet – including Rock in Rio, Loudpark in Tokyo, Wacken and the Woodstock in Poland which they headlined in front of more than 500,000 fans.
Tickets for the Pumkpins United tour go on sale on Monday January 23.
