Ramblin’ Man Fair have rolled out another raft of big-name rockers as one of this summer’s must-see festivals continues to take shape.

Supersonic Blues Machine – featuring Eric Gales – will join Glenn Hughes, the Kyle Gass Band, Martin Turner’s Wishbone Ash and Steve N Seagulls at Mote Park in Kent in July.

And the new acts complement a bill already boasting headliners Saxon, Extreme and ZZ Top plus a whole host of global rock giants.

Supersonic Blues Machine will play their first UK show at Ramblin’ Man. Based around singer/songwriter Lance Lopez, producer/bassist Fabrizio Grossi (Alice Cooper, Joe Bonamassa, Slash, Paul Stanley) and drummer Kenny Aronoff (Meat Loaf, John Fogerty, Red Hot Chili Peppers) the band released their debut album West Of Flushing, South Of Frisco in 2016. The album featured guests including Billy F. Gibbons, Walter Trout, Warren Haynes, Robben Ford, Eric Gales and Chris Duarte. And the band is famous for its revolving doors live line-up. The Ramblin’ Man Fair show will feature Gales and more.

“We are extremely excited to play for the first time in the UK,” said Grossi. “It means so much for all of us. The amount of love and requests from the fans has solid since before West of Flushing, South of Frisco was released.

“Knowing that our invitation to the Ramblin’ Man Fair was largely motivated by fan submissions, it makes it a dream come true!”

Glenn Hughes has just blazed a trail across the UK in support of his latest long player Resonate and he added: “I’m looking forward to returning to the UK to play at Ramblin’ Man Fair with a selection of songs from my new album and from the deep well of my musical history. It’s gonna be a real rock show.”

Kyle Gass is best known as one half of Tenacious D (alongside Jack Black). The Kyle Gass Band released a critically acclaimed album The Thundering Herd in 2016 and the single Cakey has been playlisted across the UK.
