Davey Suicide has revealed how an 18-month legal battle with his former record label inspired his most riveting record yet.

A bitter lawsuit was finally settled last summer after the details went public and were viewed by more than three million people.

And Made From Fire – released on March 24 – is Suicide’s response to what was a testing time for the singer and his band.

“All of this adversity tested us and forced us to learn how to survive,” he said.

“It could have ended us but instead we’ve created our most exciting collection of material to date.”

In August 2016, Suicide released the empowering single Rise Above – a first taste of the band’s upcoming third studio album.

Last September the Davey Suicide catalogue was re-released on iTunes.
