Prog rock royalty Carl Palmer will play the hotly anticipated HRH Prog VI festival after pledging to pay tribute to three of his closest friends.

Carl Palmer’s ELP Legacy will perform in memory of Keith Emerson, Greg Lake and John Wetton in November.

And Palmer revealed: “The tour will be a celebration of the music I have made over the years with Keith and Greg – and also John Wetton – who sadly passed away this year.

“These are three very important people in my life. When all three died within a 10-month period of each other it was a great loss to us all.

“I look forward to playing some of the music I personally made with all of them over the years when we visit HRH Prog VI in November.”

After the incredible demand for HRH Prog V this month (bookings sold out six months before the show), HRH Prog VI will be back at Camp HRH from November 16-19.

“Our HRH Prog community has grown tenfold in the last five years,” said HRH founder/CEO Jonni Davis. “Realistically we should be staging two shows a year.

“Our fans are the best touchstones and guides for us: we’re community-led, we listen to what the fans want and we provide it.

“The take-up on bookings proves we’re giving fans what they want both in the acts and with the HRH experience. And there’s so much talent out there! When you see what we’ve got lined up for a November, you’ll understand why we’re upping our game.”

HRH Prog VI is on sale now and can be booked online @ www.hrhprog.com or by ringing Lisa on 0207 097 1521. Book early to avoid disappointment.
