HRH Metal II might be more than six months away but the two-day riffathon is already more than three quarters sold out.

And due to popular demand festivals chiefs have extended the introductory price of £19.90 (with no booking fee) for a further 48 hours.

That offer will be honoured until Wednesday when tickets will revert to the full price of £29.00 (plus booking fee).

HRH head honcho Jonni Davis said: “Well, what can we say, support has been unprecedented and the event is now 78% sold in just six days.

“We’ve had so many people ring and email in to ask us to hold them tickets until they can sort out their mates and we get that completely.

“So to help everyone we’re going to extend the offer for 48 hours.”

NRH Metal II – the Metal Meltdown – takes place at Birmingham O2 Academy from February 17-18 2018.

Alestorm and Grave Digger have been confirmed as headliners with Evil Scarecrow, Memoriam, Power Quest and more included on a typically ear-bleeding bill.
