HRH AOR VIII stars Crooked Shapes journey has been like no other. A turbulent rollercoaster that has now come to fruition in the form of debut EP  ‘Fallout’.
The EP closes a chapter for the band on a personal level and leaves the past exactly where it should be. Singles ‘Wicked Ways’ and ‘Let It Go’ were released earlier this year and the feedback has been exceptional. Crooked Shapes are already writing and working on their debut album for 2020 release. Expect a darker sound and you will be seeing a lot more of these 3 boys from Reading.
Fallout Track list:
Wicked Ways
Let It Go
The Champion
Fallout
Life Without Rock And Roll
Here’s what front man George Twydell has to say about the release:
“Fallout has a bit of a double meaning, especially with the artwork for the EP. Its about the ‘Fallout’, the end, of a friendship with someone you thought you could count on, who you felt lucky to have in your life, but they selfishly let you down at a time when you thought they would stick by you. The result of this causes a lot of emotional stress and problems elsewhere. Almost like the ‘Fallout’ from a massive nuclear blast, which is what it felt like. This is where the idea for the Geiger counter on the artwork comes from.”
