The lineup for Hard Rock Hell XIII – Great Yarmouth November 2019 – has been confirmed.
HRH HQ had this to say today: “As you may have seen this week, due to personal circumstances, Dee Snider won’t be touring for the foreseeable future and needs a break. It’s happened before as you know and he surprised us by making the trek over. I suppose we were hoping for the same again but sadly he’s off the grid until at least 2021. We can only wish him the best and move on – the minute he is ready to start touring again, we’ll be right on his case for sure!”

Sometimes fate breeds opportunity – and in this case something HRH 13 attendees will witness as a worldwide festival exclusive this November – Mr Gary Stringer and the boys in Reef have stepped in at the last minute to play and they are to be joined by none other than legendary The Power Station / Duran Duran guitarist Andy Taylor for a very special set.
This will also include Andy performing a few of his solo hits from his classic Thunder and Dangerous albums like I Might Lie & Don’t Let Me Die Young – as well as digging out a few other surprise additional songs that he has performed on over the years, such as Robert Palmer’s classic Addicted to Love – ahead of joining the boys in Reef for a selection of their biggest and finest tunes too. What better way to round off the Thursday night!
On top of this HRH HQ are also pleased to welcome a raft of additions to the Hard Rock Hell XIII line-up for Gt Yarmouth this November:
Toseland are stuck in the studio – firm HRH favourites Wayward Sons take their place.
Starring Thin Lizzy’s legend of the sticks, Brian Downey’s Alive and Dangerous play for the HRH family for the first time – and we can’t wait to hear classic Thin Lizzy filling the packed Stage One on Friday.
Thursday evening sees Wolverhampton’s NWOBHM pioneers Cloven Hoof plus Electric Mary, all the way from Melbourne Australia, added to the evening line-up. Tequila Mockingbyrd will play both an early evening set and an after-show party – no doubt encouraging us to partake in jaegerbombs…
Friday sees Twister, who beat out hundreds of other hopeful bands to win this year’s HRH Highway to Hell competition open Stage One. Off Yer Rocka stars Gorilla Riot will also hold an exclusive album pre-launch party for VIP, Royalty and DC – so make sure you don’t miss this incredible occasion!
The Ozzie contingent is bolstered with the rising stars from Melbourne, Ablaze, who join us on Stage One for Saturday at Hard Rock Hell XIII.
Stage Two is now brimful of emerging talent, with the addition of Bootyard Bandits from – in their words – Wild West Worcester. Hard Rock Hell Radio presenter Sky Hunter brings her uber-talented band Stonewire who impressed everyone at HRH CROWS I last year, while nu-grungers The Rocket Dolls from Brighton will show us why they are a firm favourite on the live circuit right now.
Two bands who will be showcasing their new albums at Hard Rock Hell XIII will be Londoners Waco, and rounding off proceedings on Saturday on Stage Two will be the incredible Midlanders Wolf Jaw.
The line-up in full is simply stunning : Reef featuring Andy Taylor, Michael Monroe, Doro, Buckcherry, Gun, Diamond Head, Wayward Sons, Brian Downey’s Alive and Dangerous, Zodiac Mindwarp, Praying Mantis, Killcode, Those Damn Crows, Dear Superstar, Hand of Dimes, Beth Blade & The Beautiful Disasters, Chemia, SKAM, Gin Annie, Cloven Hoof, Electric Mary, Twister, Gorilla Riot, Ablaze, Bootyard Bandits, Stonewire, The Rocket Dolls, Waco, Wolf Jaw, Evyltyde, Wicked Stone, These Wicked Rivers, Hollowstar, Tomorrow is Lost, At The Sun, Cadence Noir, Samarkind, Ethyrfield, Black Tree Vultures, Pulverise, White Raven Down, Kikamora, Ravenbreed and Y!kes.
